Information we collect

When you use PolicyViber, we collect information you provide directly: app name, description, and optional details you enter to generate policies. If you create an account, we store your email and account details via our authentication provider. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to generate and host your policy pages, manage your subscription, and send you transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account notices). We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve our product.

Third-party services

We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, and Supabase for storing your policy data. Each has its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with advertisers or other third parties for marketing.

Data retention & deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us; we will process requests within a reasonable period.
