By using PolicyViber (“we,” “us,” or “our”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
Use of the service
PolicyViber provides tools to generate and host privacy policies and terms of service for your apps. You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing any generated content before publishing; we do not provide legal advice.
Accounts & billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe according to the plan you choose. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy (see pricing page or contact support).
Acceptable use
You may not use PolicyViber to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, or transmit harmful or offensive content. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Disclaimer
Our service and generated content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated policies satisfy your jurisdiction or use case. Consult a qualified attorney when in doubt.
